CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 80136 53250.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment:
We are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders.
The courier companies return the products to us if they fail to deliver the order to you after multiple attempts. This typically happens if the address provided is incorrect or house is locked at the time of delivery. Once returned, we cancel the order and process the refund within 24-48 business hours.
Glowkart is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order within 5 days of delivery. We accept returns in the following scenarios only:
- You received a damaged or defective product,
- The product you received was different from the one you ordered
In such cases, please write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 80136 53250. If the team authorizes your return, please proceed as follows:
- Place your items in original packaging.
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
- Make sure you seal it properly.

We process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. We will deposit the refundable amount in your respective bank account within 7 days of us receiving the products back.
